Technical Certifications
In order to serve you with authority, it’s critical that we’re authorities ourselves.
With a strong belief that knowledge is power, we strive to keep our staff abreast
of all of the latest technical advancements and cutting-edge strategies.
Robert Kennedy, founder of Abinko, is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
and a Google Adwords professional. We also retain a skilled team of supporting technicians
and developers, who also hold Microsoft certifications.
In creating our software and web-based applications, Abinko utilizes several core
development methodologies. At the outset of each project, we’ll analyze your individual
requirements, desired timeframe, and business objectives to determine the best strategy
for your needs. Below are some of the most prevalent development methodologies we
employ:
- 4D Methodology: This segmented process is comprised
of four results-oriented phases: Discover, Design, Develop, and Deploy. Versatile
enough to be used for a variety of applications, this tactic involves careful evaluation
at each milestone to ensure that development is progressing as it should.
- Agile Process: The agile method is based on
rapid iterations of planning, testing, and evolving software solutions, with an
emphasis on continuous forward movement. Agile software development has been proven
as an efficient and team-oriented framework, saving companies more than 50% over
traditional software development methods.
- eXtreme Programming (XP): With a focus on measurable
results, this process is based on multiple rounds of testing, modifying, and re-testing.
A series of small code releases are designed to achieve incremental progress.
- Maintain Methodology: With this development
strategy, Abinko manages the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of all software
components. All patches, fixes, upgrades, and enhancements will be performed, with
status updates sent regularly to your on-staff administrator. This methodology is
comprised of four phases: definition of project scope, gathering of information,
transition of knowledge to you, and continuing maintenance.
