Computer Network Support Services – Hourly Rates

These are the current rates we charge for common technical services including emergency and non-emergency services. These rates are for customers that call as needed and are not on a monthly contract. If you will need more than 4 hours per month of services, we recommend a service contract.

Database administration including setup, security, disaster recovery and performance tuning

Systems Engineer (MCSE)

$195

Security, Network Design, Solution Architecture, Advanced Networking and Server Administration


Notes

  • Normal Business hours are 9AM to 5PM Monday through Friday excluding Holidays
  • Emergency /Rush or work outside normal work hours: 50% surcharge
  • Minimum charge on-site: 2 hours Minimum charge for remote support: ½ hour
  • Travel charged at normal rates
