To ensure your complete satisfaction we will build your website on our development and staging servers allowing you to access each and every page of your site. This enables you to offer creative feedback and input regarding the chanegs you would like prior to publishing. We will work with you step-by-step to ensure that the site meets or exceeds your expectations. Once we mutually agree that your site is ready to publish, then the balance of your payment for web design is due. Once we have final payment we will pubish your website.

• Before the 3rd round of revisions requested - 100% refund. If you are not satisfied by the third revsion, you have the right to request a full refund, or elect to have us proceed with additional revisions without a refund.

Refund Restrictions

• Refund Policy does not apply to existing projects or orders placed before December 5, 2009
• No refunds will be given once we start working on the third set of revisions
• Refund must be requested within 15 calendar days from the date of order
• This guarantee and refund policy is limited to web design services only. Sales of Hardware, Software and Custom Application Development Services have different guarantees and refund policies.

Network Services Guarantee & Refund Policy

• Virus & Spyware Removal - we'll completely remove malware from your system or refund your payment.
• Operating System Repair - If we are unable to repair your system to a working state we will not charge you for our services. We do require that you have a properly licensed copy of the operating system & media.
